So in 16 days, while she has lost 3lbs overall, she has lost 4.5 inches off of her waist!!!
And 5.75 pounds of pure body-fat!!!
These are the numbers typical of our Spike84 test subjects, but amazing since Liz was not really "over-weight" to begin with. She is well on her way to a ripped body and just in time for her wedding! Like myself and others Liz is actually gaining some lean muscle while losing weight, something that is quite normal when we trick our body with Spike Days, and the fat-burning window.
