These are the best tasting bars I've ever had |
Easy & Delicious, the best tasting bars you can buy or make.
All Natural, high protein, high fiber, and full of good fats.
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of Rolled Oats
- 2 Scoops of Natural Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup of pure fiber powder (tasteless)
- 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Agave Light Syrup
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1/2 cup of expelled pressed coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine the dry ingredients (oats, 1 scoop of protein, fiber, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips) in small bowl
- Put PB & agave in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds
- Microwave 1/4 cup of coconut oil in a small glass bowl for 30 seconds, or until a liquid
- Mix PB, agave, and 1 scoop of protein powder until smooth
- In a large bowl, and combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients in small increments
- Add warmed coconut oil to large bowl and mix well
- Move to a greased pie pan or small bread pan
- Press and pack down mixture with a large spoon
- Put bars in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Instructions for chocolate topping:
- In a small glass bowl, put 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- Top with 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips
- Microwave for 35 seconds
- Stir together and set aside
- When bars have cooled, drizzle chocolate sauce over top
- Cool for bars or 15-20 more minutes
- Cut into equal sizes, makes about 12 bars
