Something new for Dinner & Dessert and about 500 calories!

This is one of my new favorites.

Fried Taco Flatbread

It's similar to a Chalupa from Taco Bell.


  • Heat coconut oil in the frying pan
  • Prepare beef, add on top of Lavash Bread
  • Add cheese
  • Roll it up and place in frying pan 
  • Spread oil around and cook until golden brown
Nutrition Info: Per Taco
  •  350 Calories
  •  20 grams of Fat (12 as MCT)
  • 14 grams of Carbs, only 8 Net 
  • 6 grams of Fiber
  • 35 grams of Protein
Fudge Brownie with
a White Chocolate Candy Shell

You won't believe this is healthy


  • VitaBrownie
  • 1/2 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
  • In a small glass bowl add coconut oil and add chocolate chips on top
  • Microwave sauce for 25 seconds or until creamy
  • Have thawed brownie on plate and add creamy chocolate sauce on top
  • Put brownie in the fridge for 10-20 minutes
  • The sauce hardens into a candy shell!
